ABOUT THE ARTIST

Samantha Mharie

(pronounced “Marie,” with a silent “h”)

Samantha Mharie is a passionate mixed-race illustrator and digital artist celebrated for her whimsical, surreal, and symbolic digital illustrations rich with meaning.
She specialises in combining her illustrated works with creative computing skills to craft innovative, engaging experiences. Driven by a passion for exploring new creative methods and techniques, Samantha continuously pushes the boundaries of digital storytelling.

With a BA Honours in Illustration and a diploma in Creative Computing, Samantha harnesses digital technologies to bring her distinctive vision to life. Her work spans interactive installations, generative art, and augmented reality projects, continually pushing the boundaries of how stories can be told through digital media.
